Anyone launches a token for 0.002 ETH, paired with ETH or UP on up.'s liquidity engine. Supply is always 1 billion.

At least 90% of the supply goes into an up. pool at a $4,000 opening market cap. That liquidity is locked forever, nobody can pull it.

Every trade pays the pool's 1% fee, which accrues to the locked position: half goes to the token's creator, half keeps this place running.
